"I’m Gil, a father of four. Two of my children, Emma and Ivri, are twins with Cerebral Palsy. We recently came to Sigal for a week of intensive consecutive treatments in Caesarea.
Through this experience, I was introduced to the JKA approach. In my view, it’s like Feldenkrais specifically evolved for children with special needs—a true upgrade of the original method.
I personally practice Feldenkrais and can feel its impact on my own body. While what I do isn't JKA, I can see exactly how this approach affects my children. It is an incredible method of 'internal listening.'
The results are visible from one segment to the next, and the progress from consecutive daily sessions is remarkable. This is perhaps one of the greatest advantages of this method.
It is a wonderful tool for my children, and I only wish we could make it their primary form of therapy."
