Do I need previous SUP experience?
Not at all! Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced paddler, you're welcome to join. We'll have a dedicated program for beginners, and everyone will paddle at their own level and pace with personal guidance throughout the retreat.
How many hours will we paddle each day?
We usually paddle for 2–3 hours per day, depending on the weather and sea conditions. Our goal is to enjoy the experience safely while making the most of each day on the water.
Do I have to participate in every activity?
Not at all. We've designed the retreat to offer the perfect balance between activities and free time. We recommend joining the morning paddling sessions, while the afternoon excursions are optional. Of course, we'd love to share the experience together, but you're always free to enjoy some time for yourself.
What should I bring?
Bring comfortable sportswear, swimwear, a hat, sunscreen, sunglasses with a strap, water shoes (optional), and a positive spirit! We'll provide all the SUP equipment you need.
Will the movement sessions help my paddling?
Absolutely! The movement sessions are specially designed to improve posture, balance, flexibility, breathing, and body awareness. They will help you paddle more efficiently, reduce unnecessary effort, and enjoy your time on the water even more.
